Spring fed fish tanks for raising Tilapia. Tanks hold 1000 gallons each and cost $50 each at Kmart. Enough water flow to completely refill each tank every 36 hours.

  • Throwing away a wonderful source of fertilizer, while polluting the stream. Close the loop..... run the pump to hydroponic plants, which in turn filter the water and grow a great garden, with what you are now polluting the stream with. You already have the system in place to do it. also grow duckweed in a kiddie pool, to feed the talipia. Good luck.

  • those will work fine until the raccoons puncture the tanks...I would recommend hard plastic or galvanized stock tanks.
