I should also say: Now, I sniff each bottle to figure out which one makes me crave it, and that's the one I use. I put a drop in my liter water bottle, too--seems to help, plus it disinfects the bottle.

I bought some peppermint and spearmint oil last fall from the website. I didn't try either until the spring, when I was having a bad hormonal migraine. I dabbed a little on pressure points on my head and neck, and within 5 minutes my shoulders had relaxed so much my upper back was popping. The headache was almost gone! That was from the spearmint. So I tried the peppermint, and within 5 minutes the migraine was gone.
