  • The lyrics, music and the way the actor Bagavathy, portrayed the emotions... can make one feel the pain and sadness for the character Ravana. Love it

  • no words to describe my ecstacy on hearing this song and viewing the performer on video. It is a great work - the great CSJeyaraman and TS Bhagavathi at their best. Simply out of the world.

  • Dear brothers and sisters,

I'm heartened to see fellow human beings in this thread. As a fatherless +1 boy living under the tutilage and support of my brother, I used to lie flat, switch off lights and fan, and melt under this song and the other one from noolveli 'Mounathil vilayadum manasatchiye'. Meloncholy! I now realise, compared to my breathren in srilanka my pains were imaginary pleasures. Yet, if it can move a non-tamil... Music is great!

  • @MrShaqtee : hmm, yes harikamboji. There was a mix up in my post which I didn't notice for long. Thanks for bringing to my notice. Rest of the data is correct.

  • @rdhinakar hi sir, not meaning to offend, but i thought thilang raga is janya of 28-harikambhoji or 30-naganandhini...is it not....?
