  • What's cool, is that everything he's saying, Bernard the 109 old man has said is the best way to eat. Check him out.

  • Making money from the vain these people must see the vain coming and rub their hands in glee, its enough to make you sick, the real problem is candida albicans addicted to sugar and yeast and food intolerances. Spending money for expensive salmon is he going to pay for these foods that are allegedly better for you?

  • rehashed atkins, thats it. i see all these high fat and protein diets being promoted and they are nothing my the atkins diet. that guy got crucified by the medical community for an absolute breakthrough in food science, now i see all these spin off's of atkins and no one pays him any attribution. it just sickens me.

did every one forget that dr. atkins was the first person to warn us about the dangers of starchy carbs and sugar

  • @zinfandoll google " a skeptical view of Perricone" it is an excellent review of all of his claims, in a logical, evidence based view. not a marketing and sales view.

  • @zinfandoll easy did a pub med search, he only has a study on glycolic acid & mitake mushroom sx extract both with marginal results. If he did private studies he would pub any positive supporting results ASAP. he does not have any supporting study on Neropeptide, Alpha lopic acid or Vit C ester ect. His common sense advice is free, exercise & eat well & u will loose weight & look better dont waste money on his unproven expensive lotions & supplements. fish oil u can get at cvs for 7$ not 30$

  • @fendergibs do you know that he didn't do trials? I'm saying I don't think he intended to create a pharmaceutical product he wants to sell a cosmetic and cosmetics can't make claims even if they could. Of all the videos of him I have watched today he talks about nutrition and not his products. And what he states about nutrition is sound advice.

  • @zinfandoll does not matter he can still run a double blind clinical study to back up his claims like many other over the counter products have which dont need or require FDA claims which does not cover cosmetic products . many companies still run controled studies to prove products work. he could also show before & after photos to at;east give some evidence. Not even is his flagship store in NYC do they have any before & after photos. its expensive snake oil until proven otherwise.
