Crikey you wouldn't want to accidentally run into that or have a seed pod fall on your head. Would love to see the parrots if you get footage. Great seeing what other peoples neighbourhood flora and fauna is like. Cheers, Lesley

I'll try to get the parrots sometime. I did have a few seconds of them, but I don't know if I still have that footage... Anyhow, I'll try to get the parrots when they're in those trees.

Cool tree...I could use one...would love to try and spin the fibers/silk in the pods. I'm a spinner, mostly of sheep wool but some dog cat hair/undercoat, cotton. Pretty much anything I can get my hands on. I post a video of me spinning on one of my wheels. Very cool tree..dispite it's thorns. We have thorny locust trees that pop up everywhere and are very difficult to get rid of and the spikes on them are super strong and about six inches long
