  • Thing I remember abotu Burning Road (the original ) was all the magazines at the time calling it "Dayclona" :D

But I never knew it had a sequel, I wonder why they didn't use the "2" moniker?

  • @LarryBundyJr

Beats me. It's the exact gameplay but just different cars and tracks ^_^

  • Bloody hell, didn't know this existed - considering how shocking the original was I'm really shocked Burning Road got a sequel!! Great video 5*

  • @gmintyfresh

  • @USAJAP1 The Selection Sound Can Also Be Heard In A Knock-Off Game Zero Point As Their Selection Sound Too

  • @Purianite Yeah, I found it a bit surprising that ExZeus used the same SFX Michael and Olivier created for Soul Fighter, actually. Then again, Legend PSX also used a lot of SFX that would later be reused for BOTH Soul Fighter and ExZeus:

Listen to the selection sounds at the very beginning of the video. These are the same selection sounds you hear in ExZeus.

  • @USAJAP1 Oh, I see. Well, their music is good, but that video... Hearing all the stuff I heard in ExZeus felt so awkward.

  • @Purianite Correction: DuneSound (Michael Golgevit and Olivier Rabat) recycled their own sounds for Carlo's games. One level's music from "Soul Fighter" was later used as a 7-second loop for the intro of ExZeus/Counter Force (see here: watch?v=AXinmBPJWhc ).

  • I hear the money collection sound from ExZeus/Counter Force. Seriously, Carlo Perconti recycled that sound file for that long? Wow.

  • @hustejdj

    Why? :(
