Hey, was this song written about the movie from the early 90's? Because it REALLY reminds me of it, and that line "The blood is the life" was used in the movie a lot.

Most likely it was a big influence, but I believe the song is just supposed to be about Dracula in general, although Braham Stoker's is a great interpretation of the story that I'm sure Jon really digs.

If you liked it, check out the entire album, "Horror Show". It's pretty amazing and has songs about Frankenstein, the Mummy, the Wolf man, all sorts of stuff.

The songs about the oringal Dracula whitch was written by Bram Stoker. and the line "The blood is the life and Christ i defiy" is a line from the book.
