"The Story Behind Jew Pond" by Katelyn Ann Dobbs. The documentary follows the history of the name orgins behind Jew Pond, the name of a pond in Mont Vernon, NH. The documentary also follows the movement to change the name along with the "opposition" to keep the name.

Interesting point in that if if another nationality or culture was chided as "stingy german" or "greedy Greek," it is unlikely that "german" or "Greek" wouid become offensive. It may be that Jews (or should i say Jewish People.... would I say Greek People?) have cultural issues regarding not having a homeland, which makes them not exactly a nation, so hence the insult (or perceived insult in that calling a Swede a Swede is only an insult if one presents it as an insult since it is a fact).
