Nobuo himself even changes his own music, the music that makes it into the games aren't always the versions he prefers, that's why most of the time Black Mages music > Ingame music

This is a very well done remix. It has a much more energetic and intense feel than the original. The buildup at the beginning is especially nice, something that the original lacked, and probably would have benifit from. If they were to remake FF8, I could see something similar to this implimented.
