pull the skirt up and pull the belt down over the "pudge". it gives you the illusion of a narrower waist. thats what i do and i wear a 16 so i know u can get away with it.

I like that skirt!!!! I'm actually a small size but i like to check out plus size clothes. Sometimes they are cuter than what I can find in my size. But you said you got that skirt at Forever 21 so I can probably find something like that in a 6, right?
