Attention golfers! Improve your swing with this exercise. Sitting on a firm ball, walk your legs far enough forward so that your upper back, shoulders and head are resting comfortably on the ball. Create a bridge position with your lower body so that your legs and abs are tight and working. Reach arms straight up to the ceiling and twist (keep arms straight) to one side then the other. Twist at your waist and aim to come right up onto your side of shoulder for more challenge. Intermediate to advanced.

  • @booboojones42

Yeah, I was getting very firm just watching her!!!!!

    0:-)

  • OMG... I tried this and got launched 10' across the room and am now in traction for six weeks!!!

    Listen to :52-54 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I guess it works better if you're a 100 lb hottie like this model and your husband/camera man stands by with bandages and pain killer.

Unfortunately I was alone when I temped death, however already having a few big gulp mimosa's did help ease the pain (ummm, this damned thing should be called THE BALL OF FATE!).

User beware, this sh_t is NOT easy!!!!

  • helllllooooooooooooooooooo nurrssssseeeeee

    Thanks.

  • Wow, I have to say thank you Ms. fitness ball lady! I am building a golf fitness regimen, and I actually just use free weights, but I am substituting the low arm end of my couch for the ball since I don't own one. I tried it first without any weights, and I was skeptical, but when I added a dumbell, WOW! You are so right, you can REALLY feel a huge amount of torque in your entire midsection! I am incorporating this one into my golf fitness routine, so cool beans and you're cool too :-)

  • You are beautiful. Great Tip.
