  • The finished bronze cost around £50,000

  • Note to You Tube: The drum tracks behind the voice over are loops from Garageband and have no connection with David Vanacore or the GoDigital Media Group.

  • Hi Claire, yes, Alan Herriot made the statue and erected it last week in Watchet. Send him an email and he'll give you the details. Go to his website, just Google his name with the word painter and you'll find it, and his email address is on it.

  • Congratulations on winning the international competition for the commission for the life size statue of Robert the Bruce in Aberdeen this year!

  • it takes one very talented man to sculpt something... BRAVO!

  • Amazing job. Congrats.

  • How much all in all did that cost

  • Wonderful... really want to try that myself, although probably have enough difficulty just building the armature... ah, well... ;) x

  • muy clara la explicación.

  • OOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • Very nice work

  • 'The Rime of The Ancient Mariner' tells the story of the seaman who shot an albatross, not a swan. The poem is by Coleridge.

  • why is he holding a dead swan?

its a good video and a great piece!

how long did it take from start to finish?
