A professor of parisitology and cell biology, Lumsden was dean of the graduate school at Tulane University. He trained 30 Ph.D.s., published hundreds of scholarly papers, and was the winner of the highest award for parasitology.

Atheist are just too proud!! Many of them believe in science and thats okay but science does not explain how everything came into existence and the bible does.

@lizardstyle101 I know exactly where that is.... you will soooo be hearing a report back from me about this experience. I've had real prophetic experiences before, but I've never known someone who could gaurantee it would happen, so this should be interesting... I'm a little skeptical, but I'm not ruling out the possibility it's real either, I'll be hoping for a meaningful holy spirit encounter!

@Symphonious7 Who says that humans are the pinnacle of evolution? Certainly not anyone who understands evolution. There is no arrogance to evolutionary biology. All organisms are under selective pressure to occupy their niche. The result is that some animals run faster, swim better, fly better, see better, hear better, smell better... We are not particularly good at anything, other than manipulating the environment. In summary all extant species are at their current pinnacle of their niche.

@lizardstyle101 This statement of yours scares me.... Prophecy is not a guarantee... believe me I've been prophecied over and know it is a real occurrence and everything, but it's spontaneous, lead by the holy spirit, how can you guarantee the holy spirit will inspire prophecy? This sounds fishy to me, if you'd like pm me more info and maybe a testimony, I've never known a prophet who could prophecy at will, it happens when they least expect it in my experience...

@Symphonious7 I imagine one day you and I will be in heaven having a great laugh about the first conversation we ever had, and thinking how silly it was such conversations ever happened. Of course I have no proof, it's just what I believe. Walking by faith is a choice, and it's the choice I made a long time ago, it has never let me down, so I have no reason to abandon it. @1234doawee My friend, I really don't know what to say anymore but God is real, and I am going to believe with everything in me that you are going to encounter him on the earth. I pray for you every day now because you've made a huge impact on me, I think you are one of the most open minded and easy to talk to atheists I've ever met.
