This song is about someone he was hassling. He was asking his assistant (or someone) to do something and she said, "I am doing the best I can!" So he wrote this song as a kind of joke.

i have the residency cd, and it has a comentary about this song, and it was created as a joke to someone that was helping him out with something and she did it very poorly, and he said he should just do it himself, and she said im doin the best i can
