Tita y la casa de Monterrey - Trailer

This is the trailer for my Mexican documentary
"Tita y la casa de Monterrey".

This film sets it's focus on the destiny of a woman, Tita. At the age of 90, she confides in us the dramatic story of her family. In a larger perspective this becomes a film about the history of Mexico, of political and cultural events that have marked this country.

It will be shown at the Uppsala International Short Film Festival, Sweden, on the 21st of october 2008.

It has already won the price: "Prix des films du Cyclope" at the Festival de L'Acharnière, Lille, France.
It was also selected in competition at the DOCSDF filmfestival in Mexico City 2007.
It is a documentary in Spanish, subtitled in English.
