@MrAirsoftNpaintball we use more nuclear energy that the US could ever dream of. Nuclear doesn't have to mean destruction and death, it can mean cheap and effective energy. The US has that many nukes because of the Cold War arms race, but you never opened a history book in your life. And 292 nukes is enough to destroy every major city in the US three times

I heard the reason to why the French created their nuclear program, was to find out a new way for soldiers to flee even faster from the war. The soldier would attach a small nuclear device onto his back and detonate it, the blast would send him across the atlantic and to the united states where he would be safe.
