Awesome story, thanks for sharing and sorry to hear about your hand! That is why i want to be out in the community so I can meet new people and interpreting for different things. Also, for the stories and experiences! I cant wait! although i must say, I hope something like that never happens to me, i wouldn't react as calmly :)

hey if you want a fun interpreting job you should try for the Minnesota Conservation Corps, Summer Youth Program... Im not an interpreter but many of the interpreters I worked with said they had some of the best and most challenging interpreting experiences of their life. Its more than just interpreting though, its also living in the woods and leading a group of youth anyways just thought I would throw that out there
