FM3 playing chess with Buddha Machine

The Chinese computer music duo Fm3's live performance, in which they use their popular "Buddha Machines" as chessman. The performance took place in late 2005, venue unknown.

Yeah, this is buddha boxing. Could be a little bit more exciting/fast/interesting. Maybe they should make a Jesus box. Or something.

I've got a Buddha Machine. It's great. I'm looking forward to my Buddha Machine 2.0 being delivered. However, I don't think I'd pay money to witness this type of chin-strokery.

Didn't finish the whole 20+ minutes; first three minutes are like opening cigarette packs and hushush on the crowd.

I saw them perform this in Toronto, in a public pool, indoors, during the Nuit Blanche festival, Sept. 30, 2006
