  • I have had this helicopter for a year and I have crashed it three times. I ve tried your mods but i cant get the pins out. How can I get them out.

  • You may have to click them off like I had to. I also used paper clip wire to replace the pins and bent them over to keep them from falling out. The video shows this well.

  • PS: For me, more detail, 360o turn-abouts in video, and maybe you should publish(c) your own "do-it-yourself" Walkera22e E-Book. :)) I'd get it!

    Thanks man! Got More? :)

PS: Are those little "gold pins" on gthe Servo links just those "push-back" pins? or is there some sorta catch? This is where I brake things.. so i thought i'd ask first. heh.. Thanks! X1705.

  • Thanks. The pins on my servo arms had to be snipped off and I created the ones in the video from paper clips. Slid them in and bent them to a U shape. Be sure they are not pinching the connection which will cause resistance in the arm. They need to move freely.

    Have fun!

  • I've just bought one of these and have been studying your videos while waiting since new years eve for it to arrive, which it did today!!Thanks for all the tips!!! I've upgraded to the full cnc rotor head assembly and a tip for getting those little brass pins out; Use finger nail clippers, they were the only things I could find small enough to grip that tiny head, and I then used a pair of long nose pliers to (CAREFULLY!!) squeeze them back in place.

  • ok i just got a 22e and broke like ever part well i got all the new metal full head set and so on but im stuck on getting the pins out not only the servo pins but i need to take out 2 pins on the arms to connect to my metal ones any help would be great!

and thanks for all the kool tips ;)

  • I just got the 22e and you talk about scary. I was watching all your progress and wondering if you still fly it. Thx, for the pointers on better control.
