Fuck you. The Geneva convention exists so that war may be waged, and in so doing atrocities are not committed by either side in the engagement, during it or long after. The rules laid out are there for a good reason. Perhaps you could be captured as a POW and have your balls removed with a wood rasp. Perhaps your grandchild would be walking through a field and have their legs blown off by an old, undetonated mine? See how quickly you'd be citing the Geneva convention then, you pig-ignorant fuck.

No they are not. There has been controversy though over there use in highly concentrated civilian areas.

flechette rounds are banded and the us does not use them any more. the only time i have ever even seen one was behind a glass case. I spent 13 months working on 64d's in iraq. those where PG 2.75 in rockets (multi warhead)
