Driving in CR is lots of fun - once you realize that most roads are bad and the drivers worse, and can stand back and laugh. If you're one of those who believe that every other driver on the road is out to get you, you'll be right at home driving in Costa Rica. I've lived here for 17 years and have never seen a nation more collectively ill-suited to be behind the wheel of a motor vehicle.
