I spoke to an officer at this nights football game who was on scene at the incident, apparently it was a domestic disturbance and im guessing EMS was on scene in case someone got shot

nope. no volunteer BLS buses. city owns 4 ambo's all of which are ALS capable. 3 are at the ems station, and the backup is a the FD in case an assist is needed. 3 personnel on shift at the station, and 2-3 people on call at home.

thats what it probually was, most of the time we get dispatch my FD and Ambulance to the PD Station after the domestic, but i am sure that someone got hurt here and thats why there we ambulance's, one looks to be a ALS Bus and then a volunteer BLS Bus.
