I'm from Dieppe NB and I agree totally with you lady. HQ would not be paying $4B for NBPower if it had no potential. And I don't care about my rates for the next 5 years - I care about my rates for the next 50 years!!!!!! And being in the same country means nothing - look what happened to NFLD. On a side note, Parizeau just came out with a new book this month pushing for sovereignty again!

Don't worry, the sale got cancelled. They told us over here that your power grid have some concelled problem that HQ wasn't aware of and the risk grew too high for the price.

Not at all. Only that you will have to find some other way to determine if her statements are true or not, because she would say what she is saying regardless of whether or not it is
true.
I haven't been able to find any corroborating evidence. Doesn't mean it's not there. Just that she's not willing to provide it, and neither has anybody else as far as I have been able to determine.

I've tried very hard to determine if there is any truth to her figures. During which time I have been ridiculed for even asking, and accused of attacking her when all I did was ask for her figures and supporting documents.
She claims they come from the president of NB Power, but who knows? She says she's done her homework, but who knows? All I know is she sure as hell isn't willing to back up her statements, and in my books that makes her an untrustworthy source of information.
