  • @WhoIsNe under=lower part of lats

    upper=upper part of lats

  • @DistortedBrain No it won't... that's like saying barbell curls will tare your bicep. While you're at it, why don't we just say going to the gym will ruin your body? I mean come on bud...

  • @DistortedBrain correction: biceps are ur stabilizers, so not a great risk.

  • @DistortedBrain not for barbell rows, your biceps do not do the work.

  • underhand grip will just give you a torn bicep

  • who the heck does underhand barbell rows?

  • This looks more like a yates row then the barbell rows i do. Yates ripped up his tendons doing it this way. Also, this workout only works your traps, if you do bent over rows, starting from the floor, you will work your upper, lower back, lats, and tris in addition to what this workout does.

  • squad is kind on total body work out follow by the squat idk if is true but thats what they say it works almost all your muscle groups to some degree acording to studies and is the best for mass building well at least thats what i have learn

  • squad is kind on total body work out follow by the squat

  • @tyciol I'd say he was right. Its much harder to control the downward motion than it is to just 'drop' the weight.
