Dica para fazer funcionar na versao 1.0.7.0
1. instale o GTA4
2. instale o Reality IV 1.6
3. instale o iCE 1.2
4. instale o Ultimate Textures (com isso seu GTA n entrará mais)
5. instale o patch 1.0.7.0 (agora ogta entrará)
6. Play ^^
