@PapaBearSTK if it rains while you're working, you can put a plastic sheet over it.
If you use the correct sheet, you just peel it off and it wont stick. (just a quick key of the GRP you've already done, then get on with the job)
I've seen a lot of GRP roofs that have been there years, and I've never seen one that's brittle. ( maybe you seen one done by a cowboy roofer )
I'd pick GRP over Felt, Metal or EPDM any day (shingles don't work on the flat)

What happens if it just suddenly rains while your painting or doing the resin for the fiberglass what happens when the sun turns the fiberglass brittle and it cracks fail if your getting a roof done stick to shingles or a metal roof
