I'm a gyro pilot (MTO3). That bloke should have his wings clipped. Took off without enough air speed. pulled his turns too hard with his nose down (nearly neg G) and came in far too hot and flared too early and recovered to bounce in - oh and I forgot - he had a passenger. Thanks for giving our sport the reckless reputation it has.
