Own A Sierra Cosworth 300 HP suppose the balance of A fourpot to A rear slip diff´ might be ideal... - but V8´s rumble being another story, granted :)
My other car´s A ´96 Cobra SVT - done 11th miles since new´n the paint´s mystery green chalk marks everywhere OE... that´s the reason I can´t drive it without gettin´ A nervous break´...

@thebulldogman It did not have its original YBD engine in it when I had it, it had the YBT from the Escort due to the rings wearing out hence burning the oil and blowing the big ends. Its upto YBD spec now but even better. With me there is no room for originality or concourse specifications.

@thebulldogman I have replaced every single component with quality aftermarket parts due to the previous parts age, general wear and the fact that when I used Ford components, it just constantly failed. Everything is aftermarket from specialists except the head. I threw away evereything away even though they were in good nick.

why do this to the car its a nice car but whats wrong with the standard engine???
sorry am from the U.K and we never had these over here...We got the xr4i which was a v6 2.8 and the cosworth (which i own) I take it the t in XR4TI is for turbo yeah?? was there different bhp you could get from the ford??

At least that engine does not have to be "Fixed Or Repaired Daily" XD!
No seiously I had a RS500 and the engine, gearbox and the drive system including brakes are NOT Ford components. Only the blue YB head is Ford.
