I've taken snap shots of my Gigibyte Motherboard GA-P55A-UD3P Bios settings.
Just duplicate your Bios settings like those in the video. And you'll have an excellent super fast gaming setup. And great for heavy video editing aswell.

I'd suggest you only run this bios setup if have a really good heatsink fan or H20 liquid cooling system.

Programs you'll need:
CPU-Z v1.55
Core Temp www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/
Prime95 stress test software

All three programs are free just google them.

hay thankx for the video but i have a question i guss you sad you have Thermaltake Bigwater 760i, so i wana know how well it performs because i'm planning to get one, so what is your i5 temperature when you overclock it and stress it with this water cooler ?
