En realidad, la aceptación de los principios ímplicitos depende de la aceptación de estas dos afirmaciones: primera, que mediante el razonamiento jurídico es posible obtener normas a partir de normas, o sea, obtener una regla que es considerada premisa o consecuencia de normas vigentes; y segunda, que la regla así obtenida reperesenta de verdad una regla nueva y distinta a las que constituyen en su origen, pues si fuese una simple "repetición" de estas últimas acaso los principios generales servirían para ofrecer una descripción más simple o resumida del Derecho o de algún sector normativo, pero evidentemente no servirían como "fuente" que se aplica en defecto de ley o de costumbre.

Wow, I recorded this off the radio when it first came out on my old mono tape player. Still have that tape somewhere. Haven't heard this for over twenty years but it stuck in my head. Great to hear it again. Thanks.

Falling around utube half drunk looking for the bands i loved in my teens. Im blown away with the quality of this song. I new ive always had good taste. this is the sort of magic stuff thats made me the level headed happy idiot i am today. I can only say , thankyou.
