This is a really good leg toning song :) We did this toward the end of class, so we were struggling a little bit more than usual!

The instructor is terrific. She is doing a form of lunges which IS hard. For those who are critical...you are pathetic people. Likely jealousy, because doing these steps takes practice, strength and determination. I applaud the guy in black shorts. He is trying and doing a great job. At least these dancers don't have a superiority complex. Zumba IS FUN!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand why people can be so mean sometimes...it's sad to me that you would go out of your way to say something hurtful about someone who has never done anything to you.
