The Android Kikaider, The Lonely Puppet, Episode 1.

The genius robotics professor Dr. Komyoji has created Kikaider, a humanoid robot gifted with a "conscience circuit" enabling Kikaider to simulate real emotions and distinguish between right and wrong.

"Jiro", as he is called by Dr. Komyoji's children Mitsuko and Masaru, finds himself struggling to protect Mitsuko and Masaru from the evil Dr. Gill and his androids, and also to understand his own conflicted emotions. Is the conscience circuit a blessing or a curse?

Please do not ask me where I "downloaded" this from. I purchased the entire box set and ripped it myself. I figured I would upload an episode or two due to the high demand and how increasingly hard it is to find.

It has an astro boy vibe cuz the creator of Kikaider used to work under Tezuka-sensei, the creator of Astro Boy. His name was Shotaro Ishinomori. He created this and Cyborg 009 as tributes to Tezuka-sensei's work.

The twins you are thinking of are the two mitskos little brother befriends when he goes looking for mitsko and kikaider....when they touch, they transform into a ....bear thing .....they then attack kikaider

Does anyone remember the two electric twins that fought Kikaider? Or am I just making up this memory. I remember distinctly that if the two electric brothers touched, they would die. Anyone else remember that?
