http://www.RawRRR.com - AARRRGGHHH!!! Ok I knew things weren't gonna be great as I've just had a long weekend away in Paris but, seriously, I am so arse and so fed up of hearing myself saying the same old crap. Anyway, these videos are making me focus and I've not failed until I've quit and I'm not quitting!!! Next week WILL be more positive!

Sarah Cairncross shares her journey to live a more healthy lifestyle... ok so booze, bread and cheese featured this week but hey, at least it's honest *grin* Follow her as she shares discoveries, recipes, new thoughts and hopefully some bloomin' weight loss through raw vegan food, juicing and the odd bit of exercise.

  • its not the calories that are important, is the fat that need to be eliminated..once you do this, your extra body fat will say good buy once for all,,,that is the only way..think...how can you lose body fat that you have in your bodily reserves if you keep on eating fats?

  • @satinISsexy Great point satin, I've never counted calories as I am too lazy but I agree, I need to make sure I eat a LOT of fresh fruit and veg :)

  • I'm confused, are you doing the raw food diet, or not?

    Obviously not, where is cheese & bread in the raw food list?

    Your frustrating me, I can only imagine how you feel, smiling as I write this ... lifes too short, I can see video 100 so I will take a peak, hoping for a 6 pack bikini shot ...

  • I also weigh 140 pounds and can't get it off. I recalculated my calorie needs and discovered I need to reduce them again. I want to weigh 127 so I need to reduce them quit a bit. I was surprised.
