How could anyone disrespect the dead like this especially ones who've given their lives for their country?

Shows how far some people are willing to go to express their political beliefs.
The vandals probably regard those dead soldiers as murdering scum worthy of scorn and disrespect. They fail to realize that those men died defending America's freedom from those who would destroy it. It's not their fault that their leaders screwed the war up.
