I'm not against the little innocent boy, but I think this is the perfect time to give a Japanese female a chance to be an Empress. They already had empresses in the ancient times, why can't they do it now. I think she would be a good "head of state".

lol i agree. they make no sense. but size has nothing to do with it, its just the fact that they have prime ministers that deal with the countries problems, and the royal families are just figure heads

well UK has a royal family, and UK is smaller than Japan.
UK has 61 million people.
Japan has 128 milllion people.
So yeah there is actually no point having royal family in UK either.
