what I find amusing is that NASA dismisses the pictures and people believe them, but that man that created the cameras for the astronauts to use, himself, cannot explain the constant contradictions of the pictures and when conspiracy theorists bring up this point, they get scoffed at. So far from a neutral point of view, the theorists are providing the evidence where as NASA just says "thats not true". well I for one would like to know is why their footprints show and not a blast crater?

There can't be any pictures taken on the Moon because the film would melt in the 250 Fahrenheit temperatures.

I agree with jimkata. The albedo of the moon of 0.12, that is a lot of reflected light to fill in the shadows.  Google "high desert' images. They have shadow details, just like the lunar photos. If you look at the 'Earthrise' photos, you will see that there are no stars. But there are "Earthrise" photos from multiple countries; none of them show stars. If you are using the 'sunny 16' rule with a 60's color film, you would not expect to see stars
