  • i like yoga alot...im 11 years old and we do it in school 1 day a month!.......sadly i have alot of trouble with crow!!!!!

  • @KourtneyGirl11 it just takes practice, it looks really fancy but it's not that hard cuz its mainly balance. do it at home with a pillow in front of your face just in case if you fall forward :)
