Over two years ago, Ian "Freeman" Bernard, host of radio show "Free Talk Live," moved to Keene, New Hampshire, as part of the Free State Project. Now he's heading to court for refusing to remove a couch from his lawn.

Carl Patten, Keene's code enforcer, says he's just doing his job to keep the historic city free of eye-sores. But Ian's prepared to put his freedom -- and his show -- on the line for the principle of property.

This is the first in a series of upcoming "A Candid World" web shorts.
