You obviously placed the couch there to get a response. If i were your neighbor, I would have you move the couch.

3 days in jail for having a couch on your lawn? I hope anyone who thinks that is acceptable dies.

In America you are free, except you are not free to live in a dump.

Ian Bernard is a phoney and an idiot. Just like all the other FreeKeene piss-ants. He should have stayed in Florida and made his political statements down there instead of tieing up our courts in NH with his bullshit. You don't like the laws, get elected to state government and change them. Otherwise, you break the law, you pay.
-
another vid to show all the courts have are threats violence lies and corrupt people commiting these things ...hell for you so called officals

@7:23 - "You're not going to make a fool out of the court" - Oh really? I think Ian did exactly that. The "COURT" is a farce and is not worthy of respect whatsoever. CONTEMPT OF COURT is warranted as they have nothing but contempt for the people. It should work both ways. There is no law in this country anymore for the REAL crimes that go on. It's a sad thing to watch this once great country destroyed at every location and level.....

well i didnt see before he went into court, but before you enter you should tell the clerk that you enter under common law jurisdiction only! and actually when the judge enters.. nobody, but nobody should stand when he asks for everyone to rise.... once you rise when asked the judge has jurisdiction and basically you're fucked.... if you didnt rise then you can tell th court you are claiming common law jusridiction and then you can ask to see the juges oath.

that dudes hair looks clownish and stupid
Just to be clear-- It's not about a couch. It's not about a couch. It's not about a couch.
This guy is a voluntaryist radio show host who opposes the violent nature of government. The couch was on his lawn for a long time and suddenly became an issue a week after he challenged government officials on another call-in show. Coincidental timing? Maybe. It's about expressing yourself honestly about the nature of the government in a country that supposedly has free speech.

How dare Ian think he owns HIS property. What does he think he lives in a free country?
