Bearskin grenadier caps are also worn by ceremonial troops in the Dutch, Danish, Swedish and Italian (by the Granatieri di Sardegna) armies

The bearskin hats date back to the Napoleonic War. Similar headgear has always been worn in the French army. To answer your question, one other soldier who wears the bearskin is the drum major of the US Army's Pershing's Own Band, in Washington. Check it out.
