I vote NO, not socially appropriate- if you have time to- grab car keys-your purse/bag or wallet with your license...you can take 5.5 seconds to slide on a pair of jeans!! Not to mention some people.. wear PJs pants with HOLES in the crotches and along their asses... let along.. if they have skid-marks....EWWWWW. just NO- NO NO.

But yes. Surely for hygiene reasons in a grocery store... it's food. They don't allow animals in shops for a reason - hygiene! Not because they don't like them.
