  • My leaky roofing video is my latest Pro Se victory...........Ya gotta watch out for us old grey haired ladies.

  • My experience with Pro Se in District Court is do your homework, check out the adversaries dockets, then hire a Court Reporter. If they have a lawyer and the judge is not, be prepared to appeal in higher Courts, as they usually defer to one with a lawyer.

Pro Se I got all the way to filing a Contempt of Court, after my sanctions filing, from the Plaintiff that begged me to let him drop the case against me............he was County Solicitor, who 'used subjugated testimony of a thug.

  • Doesn't tell how to file a lawsuit. Maybe you should change the title to when to file a lawsuit. Or how to avoid filing a lawsuit.

  • it dosent say how to file a lawsuit
