Apparently you dont know much about Subaru's. v8 is a version number of the JDM variants. v7 and v8 are known as some of the best stock motors Subaru ever put out, of course not in the states.

gt52 is an element turbo they use GT to note that it is a garret gt based turbo and then the 52 is the lbs/min the turbo can flow. This is pretty much a stock location gt3076r.

llittle bit of advice from other people i know and from that ive read...whatever turbo ur set on..go 1 step..and to be safe, 2 steps up from ur origonol choice and u cant go wrong is from what ive heard

A few questions, if you don't mind me asking. What was the total cost of mods and could a stock ECU tuned with Enginuity/RomRaider handle that? Apparently CFT (Central Florida Tuning) has a STI with near 500WHP/TQ on the stock ECU.
