lol, a single arm exersise performed with a BB is much more challenging. You must stabilise the load with your forearm and wrist. Try doing single handed bicep curls with a BB and you'll see what I mean.
CgladiatorK, gw man. Just a suggestion, try taking the collars off if you want a real stability challenge :). Just make sure there's no pets/small children in the way of falling plates.
