@Philminator I mean low-carbing should not affect muscle negatively for people with high body fat percentages. People with low body fat percentages should worry about low-carbing because their body has little fat to source energy from. All in all, your plan is swell, but once you get to a low body fat %, you're gonna have to adjust carb intake amongst other things.

@Fido1488 hey just to clarify did you mean don't worry about cycling carbs or low carbing at all? I have a 31% body fat and when I work out with 70-100g a day in carbs I feel great. I rarely get tired to the point I need a nap. Let me know what you meant as it confused me for a moment :)

Great video I was wondering something since I'm doing P90X which is 6 days a week and only 1 day off what should I do or carb cycling? my stats real quick if they matter are 5"10 262 lbs. @ 31% body fat and I want to get to 200 lbs. I heard from many people that since I'm quite overweight still that I don't need to cycle initially and that I can stay at 100-150g carbs a day 7 days a week if I feel ok. Is this bad? I lost 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks so far and I feel geat. should I still cycle?

Holla! Have you considered the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin lost crazy amounts of useless fat.

Thank you for the great tip guys, i never done it before and was going to start today, but might wait til im closer to summer, im an ectomorph so hard to build muscle any way, cant see my abs unless i tense, i have belly fat :(

Tip for endomorphs (fat people) : eat healthy food, stay away from fats .... thats it. And only AFTER you loose your fat and become skinny, go to the gym.

Oh hello! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my father got hot Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of fat with it.
