It's Jaleco circa 1996. And 20fps would be great in Mame, I only get about 6-11fps.

Whoops. I made a mistake - this isn't a SEGA game =P Super GT/Scud Race works at 3-20fps.

Cuz its not Super GT, Its plane old M2 Sega GT. And your right Super GT/Scud Race is Model 3. I think Mame properly emulates Super GT, at like 20fps max.

Hmm. This is a Model 2 game. Yet, SEGA Super GT is a Model 3 game. So this was released before it. This must have been the first of the SEGA GT Series of games!
