Am I the only person who, exceptionally in 1989 batman logo, always saw teeth instead of bat? Even I knew it should be a bat?

@zachmasterzach I agree two-face shouldn’t have been killed off, that was a disappointment in TDK
Having said that I’ve heard that Batman will be killed off in the next film to end the trilogy! Could be good, could ruin the films entirely, who knows.
I would like to see the Penguin in the Nolan films, if you’ve read the graphic novel JOKER by Brian Azzarello, the Penguin gets the serious treatment and it actually works quite well.

@zachmasterzach I heard the reason that Nolan didn’t do the Riddler in the third film is because he is too similar a character to the Joker, and he didn’t want to follow up with something similar to that character but not quite as good, wise choice in my opinion.
I think Jim Carrey will always be the best Riddler, unless they really changed the character as they did the Joker.

@zachmasterzach Burton produced it and you can really tell he had nothing to do with the fourth one, boy that was really bad lol
What were they thinking, even at the time I thought it sucked.

@zachmasterzach I agree that the first JS film was good when it came out, I liked the transition from Burtons more gothic vision to JS’ more colourful, comic book adaption, however I watch it now and just cringe at every stage. Val Kilmer was a terrible Batman, Tommy Lee Jones just tries to be a Batman villain form the 60s series and fails miserably, Nicole Kidman is just corny and irritating.

@zachmasterzach then he achieved his goal. Thinking about them now, I hope someone one day gives the "serious treatment" to the Riddler, Poison Ivy, and Mr. Freeze on film (Nolan handled Two-Face well, though I thought his moment in TDK ended way too quickly.) They are all intriguing villains, I especially consider the Riddler to be one of the most important Batman villains, shame the only representation we have of him is Jim Carrey. And yes, I think TDKR will be awesome.
to me, Michael Keaton IS BATMAN. george clooney please

Thank God, Someone Else Agrees With Me. Bale Is Beyond Overrated As The Dark Knight.. Great Movies, But It's The Supporting Cast That Make Them Good. I.E. Liam Neeson, Gary Oldman, Heath Ledger, And Aaron Eckhardt. I Hate Hearing Bale's Smoker Cough Voice. It's Not Intimidating At All. It's Just Irritating As Hell.
