I'm not talking about clinically insane, rather as an expression to describe how unpleasant it is to suffer from this condition. I would like to make it very clear that this is not a disease or anything like that. No matter what you have heard, I have been working with people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder for years and I can tell you that I have seen people who suffered major with it not suffer anymore. I have seen people become OCD free and I have seen how this has dramatically changed their lives for the better!

Sorry bud but you have no clue what pure O is about. It has nothing about rituals in you head at all. It has to do with horrible images of things you dont want to de. e.g. punch your boss in the head! Why? I dont know Why I thought that. There must be something wrong with me. Driving down the road and wanting to drive your car into a semi. Why am I thinking this? Oh no! There is another semi coming. Should I pull over! This video is terrible.
