Im not weight lifting but I am trying to lose weight. I struggle with eating! I try to stay at 1200-1500 calories a day. But at night I sometimes mess up, I only buy healthy snacks but when I have a craving i go over board. Like for instance have 4 peaches instead of 1... What advice do you have for weight loss/cravings.
@juewelz03 keep yourself busy, 90 percent of the time we are eating out of boredom, not that we are really hungry...go to bed! your prolly not sleepy so you stay up, watch TV, surf the net and w/ that comes eating....late night snacks are the worst...and sometimes we mistake our hunger for thirst...try drinking lots of water to work that hunger feeling...
