GTA IV (unknown cars) sultan RS Lookalike

Im making a group of videos to show people cars on GTA IV that some people did not now existed,
this car is the sultan with extras that make it look like the RS version blue with gold alloys it looks like a Subaru Impreza wrx.

@sepreioth hey buddy yeah get an sultan rs and drive around Hubbard ave and they should spawn there can take a while though :)

I've actually seen these once in a ranked multiplayer freemode game one time, and everybody said they've never seen this car before. And they were everywhere for about five minutes straight, but then I never saw them again.

yeah buddy if you have the RS you will find them but without the RS they cant be found but your right there only around for like 5 mins :)

the car can be found near Hubbard ave and mahesh ave these are near the booth tunnel you will need a normal sultan and drive it about these areas. :)

Isn't that a standard sultan with the hood and spoiler? I've got a few of those parked at my safe houses in the game, they're fun to drive around but i prefer the RS because of the trubo sound.
